PennDOT D5 Service Patrol Vehicles

Existing vehicles operated by PennDOT or private contractors that patrol major roadways within the Region and provide traveler assistance and support, as well as assisting in emergency response.  This element includes the physical vehicles and personnel, communications and monitoring systems, and traveler information connections.
