Adjacent State Transportation Agencies

Agencies responsible for operating, maintaining, and managing major transportation facilities adjacent to the Region in New York and Ohio, the states that border the Region.  Agencies include the New York State DOT (both centrally and within NYSDOT Region 5), the New York State Thruway Authority (both centrally and within NYSTA Buffalo Division), the Ohio DOT (both centrally and within ODOT District 4), as well as the multi-agency Niagara International Transportation Technology Coalition (NITTEC) transportation operations center in Buffalo, NY.
