This element includes county maintenance offices, and stockpiles located in PennDOT Districts 2-0 and 11-0-0, which boarder the Region.  The element includes personnel and systems that coordinate with PennDOT entities in District 1-0 to perform traffic management, maintenance and construction, and incident/emergency management operations at or near District borders.
