Counties

Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, Susquehanna, Wayne, and Wyoming county government operations are included within the Region.  Departments typically having an impact on the transportation system include incident and emergency management agencies such as county police, fire, EMS, 911, and EMAs, as well as County planning departments.
