National ITS Architecture

Regional Transit Vehicles

Vehicles and in-vehicle systems operated by the public and private transit providers in the Region.  Includes drivers and in-vehicle systems that provide existing/future driver-to-dispatch communications, automated stop announcements, transit signal priority, AVL, and safety/security surveillance, as well as vehicle maintenance and diagnostics tracking.
