PennDOT D3 Field Devices

Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Engineering District 3-0-operated field devices.  Includes existing/future DMS, HAR, and CCTV, traffic flow detection systems, ramp metering, ‘Wizards,’ and queue detector systems and equipment, as well as low-technology solutions such as predetermined detour routes and 1/10 of mile markers.
