Adjacent State Transportation Offices

Offices and Transportation Management Centers operated by transportation agencies in New York State, adjacent to District 3-0.  Facilities included in this element include the NYSDOT Incident Coordination Center, the NYSDOT Region 6 TMC, and the TMC that will be operated by the New York State Thruway Authority.  This element provides general coordination regarding adjacent state incidents and traffic conditions that will impact the District 3-0 Region.    Includes a variety of systems to operate each jurisdiction’s transportation facilities, including existing/planned surveillance, communications, and system management tools.
